What Pike Pursuit is today
Strength Foundations is Pike Pursuit’s web-based training membership. It prepares the next full-body strength session for your path, gives you clear exercise guidance, and uses brief training feedback to keep that guidance current.
You train at home, with a supported set of dumbbells or at a standard gym. You do not build the program, sort through hundreds of workouts, or plan make-up days.
Nutrition Foundations tells you what meal to make next, gives you the amounts and instructions, and builds a 3-day or 7-day grocery list. See Nutrition Foundations.
Strength equipment: Bodyweight-only, bands-only, single-kettlebell, single-dumbbell, suspension-training, and other equipment-free or minimal-equipment setups are not supported V1 Training environments.

Questions, answered
United States adults age 18 or older who are beginning, returning to, or continuing strength training and can train with supported home dumbbells or in a standard gym.
Use a supported set of dumbbells at home or the ordinary equipment available in a standard gym. Bodyweight-only, bands-only, single-kettlebell, single-dumbbell, suspension, and other minimal-equipment paths are not supported in V1.
Nothing becomes Training debt. Pike uses a rolling three-session sequence rather than a Monday-to-Sunday week, so you continue from the next legitimate step instead of starting over.
No. Pike is a web-based Training membership, not live personal training, medical care, rehabilitation, diagnosis, or medical clearance. Seek a qualified professional when your circumstances require one.
Use the billing portal from your Pike account to stop future renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid term unless it ends earlier under an applicable refund or other governing policy.
Your first subscription purchase has a 30-calendar-day satisfaction period. It applies once per customer; exercising it ends paid access. Renewal charges are excluded except where law requires otherwise or a duplicate or billing error occurred.
Record enough session information for legitimate downstream decisions. A few brief session inputs give Pike Pursuit enough information for legitimate next-step decisions; you are not expected to analyze charts or design your own program.
No. Guided meal structure is the default, comprehensive daily food logging is not required, and there are no mandatory ongoing weigh-ins. Pike asks for one starting weight to estimate the initial plan.
No. Pike shows one clear next meal and the next meals coming up. Eat, swap, or skip the current meal and the plan moves forward without making you restart or catch up.
